What’s been your favourite race to date and why?

Ironman 70.3 Cascais 2019.

And your proudest achievement?

Finishing 2nd Portuguese in my age group (25-29) at Ironman 70.3 Cascais, even though it was only my first time competing in an Ironman.

How do you overcome setbacks?

I'm always a positive guy. When I have setbacks, I try to breathe and think about the best way to overcome the obstacle.
