What makes Sundried ethical?

We bring our staff and supply chain to the forefront of the business and pride ourselves on the relationships we rely on to bring our products to market. No longer is production left out of sight and out of mind, but in fact, it has become paramount to our brand ethos. Sundried respect our sport, understanding that we need to use materials which wick sweat, stretch and work with our bodies, but that we also want our fabrics to work towards a better impact on the environment. We do this by producing all of our fabrics with the mitigation of harmful substances, pollution and other environmental hazards.

What is your returns policy?

Sundried offer a full 30-day return policy for an exchange or full refund. For a return to be accepted, all goods must be unworn, in perfect condition, in the original packaging, and with tags still attached. All items must be free from any marks and odours, including deodorant marks. If you do send back an item that has been worn and does not meet these standards, we will not process your refund and you will be liable for the cost of delivering this item back to you.

Please note that we cannot offer free return shipping or exchanges on International Orders.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is free in the UK. You can also pay for upgraded delivery services. Please see the table below for all shipping costs. If you are outside of the UK you may also face extra customs charges which are beyond our control, so please bear this in mind when ordering.

How long will delivery take?

Our standard delivery option is Royal Mail Tracked 48. You can expect your order within 3 - 6 working days (UK) and up to 7 days for international orders. International orders may be affected by customs delays out of our control.

We aim to send out any orders placed before 2pm the same day, but this may not always be possible. Please note that orders will not be processed or sent out at weekends or on bank holidays.

 If you are outside of the UK you may experience delays with customs.
