Free Returns

For a return to be accepted, all goods must be unworn, in perfect condition, in the original packaging, and with tags still attached. All items must be free from any marks and odours, including deodorant marks, and they must not have been washed. To further clarify, each item must be in appropriate condition to resell. If you do send back an item that has been worn and does not meet these standards, we will not process your refund/exchange and you will be liable for the cost of delivering this item back to you.

Orders in the UK placed on sundried.com come with free returns. To create a free Royal Mail tracked returns label please click here. We do not provide free returns for orders outside of the UK.

The first returns label in your order is free. If you later decide to return additional items from the same order, we will deduct £3.95 from your refund. If you have items from multiple orders that you wish to return, please send these back in the same parcel using only one returns label.

Please use the space at the bottom of your order form/invoice to write a note with as much detail as you can to help us process your return, and include this in your parcel. Please make sure your note includes your order number and any other information you think is pertinent. If you wish to exchange your item for another size/colour please include this information on the returns form.

Please remember to retain proof of postage from your local post office.

Your order will need to be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for your return to be delivered back to us, processed internally and then for your refund to be processed by your card issuer.

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders. If you are outside the UK and wish to exchange an item, you will need to return it and order a replacement on our website.
