Tell us about your journey to fitness? Where did it all start?
I have always been an active person but now I have found a great fascination with endurance sports.What are your training goals now?
I am currently training for the Ironman UK with the goal of qualifying to go to the World Championships in Kona.Tell us one unusual fact we wouldn’t know about you:
I am a qualified SCUBA instructor.What would future you, tell yourself when you were starting out?
Take every day as it comes.Do you follow a specific nutrition plan? If so, what/when do you eat?
I follow a high (healthy) calorie diet due to the amount of training I am doing.Do you have any top tips to keep motivated?
Take small steps, it doesn't happen overnight.Talk us through your training regime.
