    Be:Fit London

    The History of Be:Fit

Be:Fit was founded by Leigh Fergus, voted number 35 in Event Magazine’s 100 most influential people in the events industry, to inspire women to be healthy and happy.

Only one in five UK women do enough exercise to stay fit, healthy and happy (Women in Sport). Research showed this was due to body image, self esteem and a lack of non-competitive environments for women to exercise. Be: Fit’s Founder, Leigh, felt so passionate about this that she created Be:Fit London, Europe’s only health & fitness festival dedicated to women.

Be: Fit is there to empower women, by providing them with long term tools to take ownership of their health and fitness and increase their confidence and happiness, without relying on crash diets or quick fix beauty treatments.

The first festival launched in March 2014 and bought over 10,000 visitors through it’s doors featuring leading brands including Reebok, Nuffield Health, Women’s Health, Barry’s Bootcamp, Equinox, Lorna Jane and Vita Coco and inspiration athletes like Denise Lewis and Victoria Pendleton speaking.

In 2015 the second Be:Fit attracted over 15,000 women and this year is due to be the biggest and best yet!

Sundried will be exhibiting at the event ready and raring to answer all your queries regarding fitness and also have a HUGE competition giveaway… so keep your eyes peeled!
