Tara McBride is a personal trainer and CrossFit athlete who lives and works in Hawaii. She trains with her husband Tom and together they own their own CrossFit box. Tara can hold her breath underwater for almost 4 minutes and Tom was training for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, but instead decided to serve a mission for his church.
