Sundried Ambassadors

As a Sundried ambassador, and by promoting your discount code, you agree to our terms and fair use policy. Sundried Ambassadors promote Sundried to their own audience. This may be a club they belong to or a private/specialist network in their industry. It can also be on their own social media account, group site, or their own company website. 

If you would like to enquire if a site is acceptable, please contact Jess before proceeding with a promotion.

Commission will not be paid for sales originating on voucher / coupon sharing websites.

Commission is paid at least 1 month after a transaction has taken place. This gives the customer time to return their order for a refund. Commission will not be paid on orders that are returned. During seasonal periods where an extension in returns is offered, this may lead to a delay in commission being paid. 

Your personal discount code may be changed without notice and a new code provided. 

Participation

By participating in the Sundried brand ambassador programme you agree to the following conditions:

  1. Sundried reserves the right to decline applications to the Brand Ambassador program. 
  2. You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
  • You must remain compliant with all the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
  • You must have and actively use at least one or more of the following social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter.
  • You agree to follow The Sundried official social media accounts on all social platforms you are active on.

You may not:

  1. Do anything harmful to the Company’s image and reputation.
  2. Disclose the activities, rewards and other information available in the Sundried Ambassador login area to any third party.
  3. Get involved in a similar Brand Ambassador Program by a competing business while still participating in this program.

We will not:

Work with anyone who discriminates against others because of their race, religion, gender, or appearance. We will withdraw rewards and remove you immediately from our platform if we suspect this has happened. In some cases, we may disclose concerns to the authorities should we feel that comments or actions are illegal or could cause or insight hate crimes.

We expect you to:

  1. Champion our brand with positive messages to your network posting at least once per month.
  2. Be nice to others and have a genuine desire to help others get to know the Sundried brand because you feel it would be a benefit to them. We are not pushy salespeople and do not like pushy selling tactics.
  3. Love working with us. You can work with us for a long time to develop your influencer career or for a short time to gain benefits whilst renovating your home. You can devote as little or as much time as you wish. Whatever effort you can commit to, to help promote the Sundried in a positive light will be rewarded in line with our published criteria.
  4. Be an individual and enjoy the individuality of others. If you wish to speak to us to get help, ideas or to share some of your own, we are always interested to talk.

We do not expect you to:

  1. Be an expert in activewear. We simply want you to have a real interest in fitness and staying healthy through activity. Refer any requests for technical assistance to the Sundried team.

Sundried Brand Ambassador Program gives you a chance to earn commission on sales:

  1. Commission earned can be viewed in the Ambassadors portal.
  2. The delivery costs are excluded from commission.
  3. Customers can not use more than one voucher code on Sundried. If you, or someone buys a voucher with your discount code, when the voucher is redeemed the code can not be used to provide a further discount. 
  4. At the Company’s discretion, it may increase, change, or modify commissions at any time with no liability or further obligations to Brand Ambassadors.

General:

  1. The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as the Company’s employee for any reason.
  2. Submitting an application form is not a guarantee to be accepted into the program. The Company’s team carefully reviews each and every one of the application forms before accepting a new ambassador. If you are approved, you will receive a welcome email.
  3. The Company uses the services of a third party software company to remit rewards to its ambassadors. In order to distribute the ambassador’s reward, you must have the applicable information linked to its account in the Ambassador portal. This includes, but is not limited to; your email address for communications and your mailing address for the distribution of physical rewards from our third-party service provider.

Termination:

  1. This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will end when terminated by either party.
  2. The Company may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time. 30 days notice will be given by which time any remaining points accrued must be redeemed or will be surrendered.
  3. Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
  4. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Brand Ambassador’s position in the Brand Ambassador Program due to inactivity. Any points accrued at the point of termination must be redeemed within 30 days of the termination or they will be surrendered.
  5. If the Brand Ambassador is in breach of the terms and conditions, termination from the programme will be immediate and all points accrued will be surrendered.

Confidential agreement:

  1. The Brand Ambassador shall not disclose the terms of this Agreement to any third party.
  2. The activities, rewards and other information available in the Ambassador portal are confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
  3. The Brand Ambassador hereby agrees not to copy, alter, share, use, duplicate, distribute, or adapt any of the Program’s confidential information.
  4. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, the following types of private information and other proprietary information of a similar nature regarding The Sundried Brand Ambassadors Program: software password, software username, list of activities and tasks, description of activities and tasks, list, type and value of rewards, technical data, and other similar information that is proprietary to and confidential information of Sundried.

Privacy Policy:

The Company values our Brand Ambassador’s privacy. The Company will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose Brand Ambassador’s personal information. Any information you give us will be held in accordance with the GDPR Act 2018.

What information do we collect from you and why do we need it?

To ensure that you are suitable for being a Brand Ambassador and to allow us to communicate effectively with you, it is important that you provide us with accurate personal information. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes and to improve the Brand Ambassador Programme. We may ask for the following personal information:

  1. Full Name, email address.
  2. Demographic information such as city, preferences, and interests.
  3. Links to your social media accounts along with numbers of followers.
  4. Brand Ambassadors marketing communication preferences.
  5. Brand Ambassadors activities and issued rewards within the Sundried Brand Ambassador Program.

Who do we share your information with?

In order to manage Brand Ambassador Program and provide the services, the Company may need to provide your information to its trusted third-party partners. For example, your information will be shared with its software partners to provide the Company with a safe and secure platform for managing your Program.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that the Company holds about you as a Brand Ambassador, however, the Company does have certain obligations to keep data records for legal and accounting purposes.
