Is your new year’s resolution to run your first marathon? Did you get a ballot or charity place for the London marathon? Or do you just have a personal goal to run a marathon for the first time? Then this is the training plan for you!

Over 16 weeks you will receive weekly emails with a detailed training plan to get you to the start line in the best shape possible, as well as expert marathon tips with advice on hydration, nutrition, pacing, kit, what to expect on the day, and more.

If you have any questions over the course of your training plan you will be able to ask an expert marathon coach who will answer anything that comes to mind.

You can choose to start the plan whenever works for the date of your race.
