Delivery is free for all UK orders. Expect your Sundried order within 3 - 6 working days (UK) and up to 7 days for international orders. International orders may be affected by customs delays out of our control.

When ordering, please be aware that the Royal Mail Industrial Action may affect delivery times. Thank you for your patience and understanding. You can find more information regarding the strikes on the Royal Mail website.

We aim to send out any orders placed before 2pm the same day, but this may not always be possible. Please note that orders will not be processed or sent out at weekends or on bank holidays.

Our standard delivery option is Royal Mail Tracked 48. We use Royal Mail almost exclusively because they are the UK's most sustainable delivery company, with the lowest carbon footprint per package delivered.

Sundried has a free UK returns policy allowing you up to 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Download your free Royal Mail tracked returns label.

The first returns label in your order is free. If you later decide to return additional items from the same order, we will deduct £3.95 from your refund. If you have items from multiple orders that you wish to return, please send these back in the same parcel using only one returns label.

Please allow time for your return to be delivered back to us, processed internally and then for your refund to be processed by your card issuer. We aim to process returns within 48 hours of them being delivered to us, but please bear with us. We are a small team, and we're only human!

For a return to be accepted, all goods must be unworn, in perfect condition, in the original packaging, and with tags still attached. All items must be free from any marks and odours, including deodorant marks. To further clarify, each item must be in appropriate condition to resell. If you do send back an item that has been worn and does not meet these standards, we will not process your refund and you will be liable for the cost of delivering this item back to you.

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders. If you are outside the UK and wish to exchange an item, you will need to return it and order a replacement on our website.
